Self catering – Apartment rental We offer 7 cosy and individual apartments of different size. All of them are equipped with a kitchenette and a cosy sitting place, private facilities, TV, telephone, balcony or terrace. The reception of „Grüner Baum“ will keep your key ready for check-in and will provide any information you may need. At the end of your stay you will also settle your bill there. Prices in Euro per apartment, per day (additionally local tax of EUR 2,00/day) and including: electricity, TV, laundry. The prices are for 2 persons in a 2-room apartment or for 4 persons in a 3-room apartment. Additional persons and extra beds
will be charged : EUR 10,00/ day. Renting only from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). Final cleaning costs are EUR 55,00 to
75,00/apartment. The cancellation fees of the Hotel Grüner Baum apply Additional services can be booked: Admittance to the Thermal Spa at the ****Hoteldorf Grüner Baum including sauna, steam bath, gym, indoor & heated outdoor pool in summer : 1 day EUR 12,00/adult; 1 week EUR 60,00/adult; Intermediate cleaning EUR 35,00; Daily cleaning: EUR 96,00/week; Bathrobe EUR 8,00/week; Pets EUR 3,00 to EUR 10,00/ day; Mountain bike/bob-sledge/cross country skiis rental: EUR 11,00/day You may also take a half-board plan at Grüner Baum****: large breakfast buffet until 10:00 am and dinner with choice from a 5 course menu, at the rate of EUR 45,00 per adult per day and EUR 4,00 per year of age per day for children until 10th birthday. For children from 10 years on applies the price for adult persons.
